Shipping
We offer several payment options including ideal, PayPal and Klarna. You will see the options when you checkout your order.
Shipping costs may vary due to the weight of your order, your chosen delivery address or the chosen shipping method. You will see the total cost when you checkout your order. We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, this excludes holidays.
Returns
You may return your products within 14 days of receipt inasmuch as they meet the return conditions.
Conditions of return
- The original card is still attached to the product.
- The product is unworn and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging. (Poly bag with size sticker)
- The customer form must be returned with the product.
Would you like to return one or more products? Please contact us via the following mail address: activewear.izzy@gmail.com . Please mention the following in your mail
- Your full name (first name, last name)
- Your order number (found on the customer form sent with the products)
- The reason for your return
- Which product or products you want to return.
We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your product(s).
Please note! A return shipment is at your own expense. We will send you a payment request, when this payment request is fulfilled, you will be sent a shipping label.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at activewear.izzy@gmail.com.
The costs for returns are always for the customer's account unless it is a visible error from IZZY ACTIVEWEAR. Think of a wrong product or wrong size.
